Frequently asked questions about CashSpot Go
How much does CashSpot Go cost?
Plans start at $420 MXN/month and go up to $1,490 MXN/month depending on the number of locations and users. All of them include updates and support; CashSpot charges no sales commission.
Do I need to buy a special terminal or printer?
Not required. CashSpot Go runs on any computer or tablet with a browser and connects to standard ticket printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers. If you already have hardware, we set it up for you.
What happens if the internet goes down?
You can keep selling in local mode and sales sync as soon as the connection is back. We recommend a mobile data backup in busy locations so you never depend on a single line.
Can I import my current products and customers?
Yes. We import your catalog from Excel, CSV or your current system, and we validate prices and stock with you before going live. Migration is part of the setup.
